Arun Rao ('13) - Lead Product Manager, Generative AI, Meta
Arun is a Lead Product Manager for Generative AI at Meta. He was previously a Group Product Manager at Meta's Monetization Ranking org, helping build AI & machine learning systems to serve 3.7 billion people. Previously, Arun was a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon Music’s ML group and a co-founder and CEO of Starbutter AI, a virtual assistant company (next-generation financial product aggregator). Earlier in his career, Arun was a quantitative trader and portfolio manager at PIMCO, focusing on MBS/ABS, high yield bonds, and derivatives. Prior to joining PIMCO, he worked at two Silicon Valley investment firms and the Economist magazine. Arun is a graduate of UCLA and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
