Hello, SCL Colleagues,
What a week! I want to thank all of you for a well-attended and engaging SCL values and priorities launch. I continue to be impressed by the remarkable level of interest shown across the division not only in identifying our new values and priorities but also now, as we set our priorities teams into action. I hope you have enjoyed the suite of supportive materials and introductory events. It was great to see the many faces on our all-staff virtual session and so many of you in person at the cider and donuts launch celebration at Willard Straight Hall.
For anyone who wasn’t able to attend the all-staff virtual session last week, I hope you will take a minute to listen to the recording.Â
With the launch behind us, I am even more excited to see us embrace and live these values in our daily work with students and with our colleagues. You are a remarkable group of people helping to make Cornell an even more welcoming, supportive, dynamic, and outstanding institution, and these values will provide the guideposts to support our purpose to inspire transformation.
Ryan Lombardi
Vice President for Student & Campus Life
