Counseling and Psychological Services
USF’s Counseling and Psychological Services Center (CAPS) is a great source of support for sadness, anxiety, loneliness, college adjustment, relationship struggles, and other concerns not requiring medical intervention. Every enrolled USF student is eligible to receive up to 12 free individual or couples therapy appointments per academic year. All students are also invited to join CAPS' group therapy offerings, online workshops, and request a consultation.
After hours, students in crisis or needing other immediate mental health support can call the CAPS All Hours line at (855) 531-0761. Visit the CAPS website for more information about CAPS programs and services. Learn more »
