Form 1095-C: Your 2025 Medical Coverage |
|
|
As a reminder, 1095-Cs are now accessible online via the Benefits Enrollment System. If you did not consent to receive your 1095-C electronically, you will also receive a paper version through regular mail on or before March 2, 2026.
This form shows your 2025 medical coverage and can serve as “proof of insurance” for the IRS. You do not need to file it with your tax return, but you may need information from it to complete your taxes.
Who Gets a 1095-C?
- Any GW employee who was full-time at any point in 2025 (30+ hours/week)
- Anyone enrolled in a GW medical plan in 2025
What’s on the Form?
- Part 1: Information about you and GW
- Part 2: Coverage offered, affordability, and eligibility

Part 3: Covered individuals (including dependents)

Designed specifically for GW faculty and staff, the REACH program gives members an opportunity to engage in workshops that will provide information about student well-being trends, availability of services, and how to make appropriate referrals to those services. Complimentary Massage Opportunities

Faculty and staff can enjoy free seated massages at Foggy Bottom and Virginia Science and Technology campuses on a first come, first served basis. We would like to accommodate as many colleagues as possible, so if you have already received a seated massage in the last few months, we ask that slots for the dates below be reserved for colleagues who have not yet received one.
