GW offers a variety of programs to support your overall well-being. New tools from Headspace and SimpleTherapy are now available to help you manage stress and stay balanced. SimpleTherapy introduces quick, 10-minute relaxation techniques designed to support both mind and body. Meanwhile, Headspace’s new Quick Therapy Tools collection is built around the clinically backed TIPP method, Temperature, Intense exercise, Paced breathing, and Progressive muscle relaxation, to help you navigate moments of high stress, regulate emotions, and reset with mindfulness anytime you need it.

Developed through decades of experience and research from GW’s Campus Recreation and Exercise Science departments, each plan provides expert guidance and structured support for your fitness journey for just $25 a month. Every routine includes in-app exercise demonstration videos and step-by-step workout instructions. You can also track your workout data directly in the app to monitor your progress over time.
