Dear GW Community,
As we prepare for the school year ahead, GW is here to support your well-being — emotionally, financially, physically, and socially. From easing the back-to-school transition, to planning for your financial future through our 2025 Financial Well-being Campaign, there are plenty of resources to help you manage stress and stay on track. This month, you can also explore personalized coaching through Active&Fit Direct™, take advantage of Faculty & Staff Meal Plans for convenient, discounted dining on campus, or join the GWell Chapter Chasers Book Club as we dive into our next book. In September, we’ll come together to observe Suicide Prevention Month — a time to raise awareness and foster connection. However you're looking to grow or recharge, GW has something for you this season.
Don't forget to check out our upcoming events, important reminders, and chances to connect 1:1 with our benefit vendor partners.

Coming Together for Suicide Prevention Month |
|
|
Next month, in September, we observe Suicide Prevention Month — a time to raise awareness, encourage open dialogue, and promote resources that support mental health and well-being. It’s an important opportunity to stand with those who may be struggling, educate our communities, and help reduce the stigma around seeking help. By sharing information, fostering connection, and highlighting available support systems, we can work together to create a culture of compassion and care. Every action counts, and together, we can make a meaningful difference in suicide prevention.
