When I got news my cousin was getting married in Italy, I was over the moon. We had plenty of notice to plan a trip but of course life always gets in the way. All of a sudden the thought of planning a 10 day vacation in a country I’ve never been to became very overwhelming. Enter Bruce- our absolute life saver. From the day I reached out to Bruce he was attentive, detail oriented, and such a pleasure!
Bruce made sure my trip to Italy had an itinerary that would suit everyone. I was traveling with my boyfriend and my parents so everyone wanted something a little different. Mom wanted wine windows, I wanted a cooking class, my boyfriend wanted to see the colosseum, and Bruce made sure every single one of us were happy. We had multiple phone conversations and tons of emails just to make sure everything would be perfect.
The day we got the link to download our personal travel app was the most exciting day ever! We finally got a look into what to expect for our trip. The app came complete with every document we needed for our trip including tour passes, dinner reservations, and even train tickets all in one location. That app is such an amazing feature that Allora'Scapes has and truly was so helpful. It even had a section for tips and tricks on exploring Italy, and even how to order coffee correctly.
Once the day came, Bruce made sure I knew he was still there for us should we run into any issues or have any questions. I never felt alone and it was so comforting being in a foreign country but knowing that someone is there to help if need be. It wasn’t a surprise at all however that the trip went smoothly and everything was incredible. Bruce made some amazing restaurant recommendations and the hotels that we stayed in were phenomenal. I can’t wait for the next time I will need Bruce because I can’t imagine traveling without his help now! I’m so thankful for his knowledge in this industry and he’s been so easy to work with the entire time, such a sweet person! Grazie Bruce!

The new American Airlines Flagship Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is a visually stunning space with a sleek, modern design. While the aesthetic is a huge improvement, its narrow layout can feel crowded during busy periods as I recently found out.
The food offerings are a mixed bag; although the lounge features a full-service bar and local flavors, the buffet is less extensive than at other Flagship locations, despite being able to select "cook-to-order" tableside from a QR code. They do have an ice cream station which is a nice touch.
The luxurious shower suites, however, are the standout feature. Overall, it's a positive step for PHL, but travelers should temper their expectations regarding space and food compared to larger Flagship lounges.

Nepal
We are closely monitoring the security situation in Nepal, which has experienced recent civil unrest and days of violent protests in major cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara. While a new interim Prime Minister has been sworn in and curfews have been lifted, the situation remains fluid. With most disruptions from recent political unrest resolved, we still advise any clients with upcoming travel plans to or through Nepal to exercise caution, monitor local news, and stay in close contact with us for the latest information.
Bali, Indonesia
Bali has recently been impacted by severe flooding and landslides following a period of intense rainfall. While the worst has passed and floodwaters are receding, some areas, particularly in Denpasar and surrounding districts, have experienced significant disruption to transportation and services. The good news is that tourist areas are largely unaffected and the island's tourism minister has stated that there has been no significant impact on tourist activities. We recommend that clients with upcoming trips to Bali remain vigilant, stay informed about local conditions, and be prepared for potential road detours. While the island remains open for visitors, it is crucial to prioritize safety and stay updated through local authorities and your travel advisor.
