Dear GW Community,
As the days get longer and summer begins, June offers a fresh opportunity to focus on your health, finances, and overall well-being while taking advantage of the benefits available to support your goals. This month, we recognize several meaningful observances, including Pride Month, Juneteenth, and Men's Health Month, each offering an opportunity to celebrate, reflect, and invest in ourselves and our communities. This edition highlights resources and events focused on preventive care, financial wellness, mindfulness, healthy movement, and more. We hope you'll explore what's new, mark your calendar, and make the most of your GW benefits this month.

Your best health starts before you ever feel sick. Preventive care like annual checkups, screenings, and vaccinations help catch concerns early and keep you feeling your best year-round. And when care is needed, knowing where to go ensures you get the right support at the right time without the guesswork. Take a look at the Health Advocate flyer, “Know Where to Go When You Need Care,” to explore your care options and feel more confident navigating your health. Aetna is also offering a Stay on your Game with Preventive Care webinar for employees this month on Tuesday, June 30 at 12pm ET. Register here to learn easy, proactive steps to staying healthy and supporting your well-being.
