This initial release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes. The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team.

As of August 20, the switch button in TSS Booking has been disabled. This is to prevent a known booking drop issue. In the meantime, to change a section, students should drop, then book or waitlist their preferred section.
- The Find a Student application in TSS remains unavailable. The team understands how critical this app is for students, staff and faculty, and is working to prioritize its reinstatement
- For other Known Issues, view our TSS Current Limitations & Known Issues document that is updated daily.

Undergraduate student second pass booking & waitlists opened this week. View more on second pass booking and new instructions on waitlisting: How to Waitlist a Class. The Office of the Registrar also sent information about second pass booking and waitlists to undergraduate and graduate students.
-
Direct Deposit Reinforcement: Only about 50% of students (compared to ISIS data) have added their direct deposit information in TSS. When possible, please encourage students to enter their direct deposit information in TSS to ensure refunds and stipends are distributed to them. Student Financial Solutions sent this notice recently: Enroll in Direct Deposit.

The Student Overview Homepage in TSS is the central hub for all students, main campus and Extended Studies (DES). As of August 11, DES functionality is live in TSS, so the DES section appearing on the Student Overview Homepage is expected and does not indicate an error or require a support ticket. Students only need to utilize this section if they are a DES student. View more information in the TSS Login and Navigation Student Guide.
-
Triton Enrollment Authorization (TEA) Batch Authorization is now live! This functionality allows advising staff to apply authorization override(s) to individuals or groups of students without requiring students to submit a TEA Request. Read more about the TEA Batch Authorization and view the TEA Batch Authorization Job Aid.
- Graduate Student Booking: The team has resolved a technical issue affecting students who converted from undergraduate to graduate status. These students were previously receiving booking errors and/or had two conflicting booking windows assigned. This issue is now fixed.
