SEPTEMBER 2024

FROM THE PARENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Happy New Year 2024 graphic
This month, I encourage you to take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the season and the progress you and your family have made as everyone settles into new routines and rhythms for the school year.

We have some exciting activities and events lined up to keep your family and your students engaged on campus. Whether it’s participating in an event on campus, joining us on the prayer Zoom or cheering on the Bisons at a ball game in person or online, we hope you are embracing all that Lipscomb has to offer.

I hope your family is making plans to attend our biggest family event of the semester on Nov. 7-9—Bisons Weekend. Several events are highlighted in the newsletter, and we will continue to share more event information on social media and the website.

COLLEGE CORNER

We are excited to launch a new feature in the LUPP — the College Corner. This section will spotlight news and happenings from each of Lipscomb’s nine colleges, providing you with an inside look at the great things happening across campus.
In this September edition, the College Corner highlights some of the fall events and activities taking place within our colleges, offering your student opportunities to engage with their academic community. We’ll also share a few news and feature stories of recent happenings.
We hope this feature keeps you connected to your student's journey at Lipscomb and gives you a glimpse of what’s happening on campus. Click on the name of the college below for information related to that college.
